Wire transfers are a convenient way to send money to someone either here in the U.S. or overseas. Requests can be handled in any of our branch locations.

Georgia United offers Medallion Signature Guarantees to members that require this special service. Members must schedule an appointment at their local branch for Medallion Signature Guarantees.

To request Medallion Signature Guarantees, you’ll need to bring the following information:

• Valid identification
• Recent account statement/or stock certificate
• Unsigned documents to be guaranteed

All owners on the documents to guarantee must be present.

Georgia United Credit Union offers secure safe deposit box rentals for our members to store their valuable possessions, important documents, and other items that may require an extra level of security. Safe deposit boxes are available at the following locations:

• Athens
• Clarkston
• Conyers
• Dublin

Have a Visa® Credit Card and need to access your available cash line? You may request available funds from your  credit card with a Cash Advance at any one of our branch locations. There is no charge to process cash advances from Georgia United (subject to available funds).*

Have a lot of unrolled coin hanging around? Georgia United offers coin counters at the following locations:

• Dalton - Calhoun St.
• Duluth - Satellite Blvd.

Need to make a check deposit after hours? Georgia United offers night depository boxes at each branch location except for the following locations: Dalton - Calhoun St. and Cartersville.

All check deposits are subject to verification and processed under dual-control. Check holds may apply on certain deposits, and deposits are processed once per day. Please ask us for more details about this service.
